Shipping within Bulgaria

Orders within Bulgaria are delivered via Econt Express.

Shipping costs are not charged at checkout. The delivery fee is calculated according to Econt's current rates and is paid by the customer directly to Econt upon delivery.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary for locations serviced by Econt on specific scheduled days.

During promotional periods or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipment/tracking information.

Please make sure that your name, phone number and delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If we are unable to process your order or require additional information, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is calculated according to Econt's current courier rates and is paid directly to Econt upon delivery.

Orders over €60 qualify for free delivery within Bulgaria. For qualifying orders, the delivery cost will be covered by MOKO.
