Shipping within Bulgaria

Orders within Bulgaria are delivered via Econt Express and Speedy

Shipping costs are not charged at checkout. The delivery fee is calculated according to Econt's and Speedy's current rates and is paid by the customer directly to Econt or Speedy upon delivery.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary for locations serviced by Econt or Speedy on specific scheduled days.

During promotional periods or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipment/tracking information.

Please make sure that your name, phone number and delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If we are unable to process your order or require additional information, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Shipping cost:

Orders under €65 — shipping fee is calculated according to Econt's and Speedy's current courier rates and is paid directly to Econt/Speedy upon delivery.
Orders of €65 or more — FREE shipping

Shipping within the EU

Orders within the European Union are shipped with a tracked delivery service.

Delivery time: 5 - 14 business days after the order has been processed.
Cyprus: approximately 12–17 business days.

Orders of €65 + — FREE shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping to the USA & CANADA

Orders to the United States are shipped with a tracked delivery service.

Delivery time: 7 –16 business days after the order has been processed.
